I built a browser-based 3D protein visualizer and structural analyzer using FastAPI and 3Dmol.js
Project Details
Hey, For my latest project, I wanted to combine backend data processing with interactive 3D graphics in the browser. I built Proteus, a web app that lets users render 3D protein structures and analyze secondary structures on the fly. Tech Stack: FastAPI, 3Dmol.js, and a clean web frontend. Live Demo:https://proteus.slingshot.quest/ Let me know your thoughts on the UI or performance if you give it a spin! submitted by /u/geeky_lakshya [link] [comments]
